Solid Perfume

Solid Perfumes

So you know I love scent, I adore making perfumes for people and have a passion for things that sparkle – I have put them all together to make solid perfume in vintage compacts.

I used a base of Jojoba butter, Shea butter and Sweet Almond oils, then slowly added the perfume and let it cool.

Once the perfume has solidified the scent filled compact can slip into your handbag to use when and wherever you want – and add that touch of chic vintage to your day.

I have a collection of vintage compacts, rouge pots and silver snuff boxes that I am able to offer for sale that start about £25.00 filled with perfume.

I just love the idea of recycling something as beautiful and elegant as a compact and bringing it back to life.

If you have a favourite compact or small container that you would want to use, let me  know and I would have great fun in sorting out a solid perfume for you.

I have found the makers Kigu and Stratton compacts to be the best as they are really well made and shut with a satisfying snap, have incredible designs that make me smile and fit well into a clutch or handbag. I have one set that has a matching lipstick holder…..just don’t get me started!

I used the healing body butter with the healing soap when I was going through treatment for breast cancer; it kept my skin soft and stopped any infection. I would recommend for other women who are going through this medical procedure. Thank you. M.S Stratford
